We use various methods along the way from Health Coaching and Personal Training to Yoga and Nutrition. We may use all of these, just one or a unique combination of them.

What’s important is we’re going to listen to you. This journey starts with us sitting down and really getting to know each other. Warts and all.

We will be your best listeners, cheerleaders, coaches and health confidants. We are devoted to your well being. Oh, and be prepared to laugh, this journey might even be fun.

Before meeting LeAnn, my life was perpetually stressful. Being from the Midwest, I thought that was normal. You just keep your head down and push through. I wasn’t the happiest at my job either. It was always chaotic and, no matter what I tried, either at work or for myself, I couldn’t resolve this underlying unrest.


I used to run on a regular basis, but my life now left me either too mentally exhausted or too discouraged to get out there for a run. I’d always wanted to try yoga like my sister — she seemed much more peaceful than me. When I visited her we would go to a class together but it was too advanced for me. I worked so hard to keep up with the other students and do each pose without knowing the purpose or benefits of the pose. As a result, I’d wake up
sore the next day and, frankly, discouraged from going back.


Once I met LeAnn, all of that changed. Week after week, our one-on-one sessions got more comfortable and involved. I could ask questions, since it was just us, and it all started to make more sense.


She taught me how to use breathing techniques for relaxation both on and off the yoga mat. She shared tasty yet healthy recipes to keep my immune system strong. She strengthened both my body and mind, while teaching me the importance of honoring where I am in my life at any given moment.


I started to feel healthy, strong, and accomplished in my workouts, which was translating to the rest of my life as well. I wasn’t feeling sore or awkward after each session; rather, I was having this strange sensation where the corners of my mouth were turning up more often…a smile, perhaps?


When I don’t enjoy my job, yoga works out my mind to help me keep perspective. When I do enjoy my job, yoga works out my body and energizes me to push for more. Either way, LeAnn continues to help me build a foundation of handling the short and long term stressors in my life with much more ease than before.


Now I know how and when to breathe, stretch, and listen to my body.
I feel healthier and happier from doing yoga with LeAnn. I’ve learned to let go of the negative and embrace more positive in my life.


The best thing about LeAnn is how she balances her knowledge of yoga with her own real life experiences. Often you meet a yoga instructor who isn’t quite all there or you get the feeling that he or she has never known any other job other than teaching yoga. With LeAnn, before, during, and after each session, you sense that she is on the same page with you; working with you to accomplish your goals and better your life.


Nowadays, the biggest stressor in my life is going too long without seeing LeAnn! LeAnn has definitely changed my life for the better. I can only imagine what I would be like had I never met her!
