Here at Vibrant Life Source we are all about living our most vibrant lives. Our goal is to inspire living a balanced, healthy life and to empower people to bring their best selves to each day. Live with purpose, live in wellness and live a fulfilled and enriched life. Sound like a tall order? It doesn’t have to be. This month we are talking about living vibrantly by your own rules. That’s right, you make the rules. You get to decide what it looks like to live in wellness, and what being fulfilled looks like. If this sounds like gibberish then get ready to take some notes and start living vibrantly!
You are the source of your vibrancy!
I meet people all the time who find themselves stuck in life. Each day is like a scene from the movie “Groundhog Day.” Every day is exactly the same. The routine is, well, routine. From this space of constant routine is the desire to be doing something else, something with purpose. We want to be fulfilled in life and in ourselves. Interlaced with all this is a deep frustration of how did I allow myself to get here? The here is where you’re stuck. You’re not moving forward or backwards, you’re just stuck.
We aspire to live a life full of goals, purpose, wellness, and being fulfilled. It is a choice. Just like being stuck is a choice. We got stuck in our lives because we forgot to put ourselves first on our priority list. Family, work, friends and all the others commitments in our lives have taken a higher priority. We don’t necessarily want to be stuck, we want the life we envisioned for ourselves.
Take life by the horns and take charge!
Let’s not get down on ourselves for not living the life we wanted. Hey, life happens and it will keep happening. Like I tell all my clients , give yourself some gratitude for realizing you are stuck. So choose from this day forward to change the priority list and move yourself up. Start changing your choices so you are living a more vibrant, purposeful and fulfilled life. There is no right or wrong answer. Choose to start living rather than surviving. Learn from yesterday’s lessons to be a better self today and be open for tomorrow’s lessons.

Sometimes we get stuck and need support and help to get back on the path to continue our life’s journey.
